Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

What is EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as "tapping," is a powerful self-help and therapeutic technique that combines elements of psychology, acupressure, and energy work. It involves gently tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on specific thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations.

EFT is based on the idea that unresolved emotional issues contribute to physical and emotional imbalances. By tapping on these meridian points, EFT aims to restore the balance of the body's energy system and alleviate emotional distress.

Many people find EFT to be a simple and effective tool for managing various challenges, including stress, phobias, chronic pain, emotional trauma, and limiting beliefs. It can be used as a self-help technique or applied by a trained practitioner during therapy sessions.

EFT is a gentle, non-invasive, and drug-free approach to emotional healing & health that empowers individuals to process their emotions and live a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What does an EFT session involve

The process involves identifying a specific issue or problem, such as a fear, anxiety, or traumatic memory, and then using EFT to release and transform the negative emotions associated with it. Through the combination of tapping acupressure points and verbal statements, EFT helps to reduce the intensity of emotions, relieve stress, and promote a sense of emotional well-being

A session costs £40
